Real estate commissions are far too high. Discount brokers typically provide all the same services for less. This is not a situation in which, “you get what you pay for.” In fact, we believe that discount providers often provide better service. “Full Service,” in the brokerage industry means you are over-paying.

There are all kinds of discount brokers. Some unbundle their services and allow you to select which services you want. Some charge a flat fee and put you on the Multiple Listing Service (where you will need to offer compensation to traditional brokers) and some provide full service brokerage services for less.
